Thoughts for the Day

We need to remember what Jesus does. He gives us the two things that are necessary for us to be right with God and to be able to become what we need to be and do what we need to do – repentance and forgiveness of sins. The next time you get an opportunity to stand up for Christ and speak up for Christ and the world that tries to intimidate you into sitting down and shutting up you need to remember who He is, where He lives and what He does. -Pastor Merritt

The trial and beating were over, and He now struggled under the weight of the wooden beam. It dug splinters deep into His back. Spit and sweat stung His wounds. Soon, He was staked to the timbers of a Roman cross, hanging in the heat of the day. Satan hissed a laugh of approval while God waited for the sin to pass and His plan to be complete. Eden's sin would finally be made right and our eternity would, once again, be restored. - Ron Lambros, President, Touching Lives

Good morning everyone. I hope you are enjoying your weekend. Remember what Christ went through for us in your daily lives. Always give thanks and praise where it is due. Have a wonderful day.
