Did You Know/Todays Term

Did You Know?

Like humans, dogs have two sets of teeth in their lifetimes: 28 baby teeth, which they lose by around 4 months of age, and 42 adult teeth (although there is some variation in breeds)

Today's Tech Term

Named User License

A Named User License is a software license agreement where a single named software “user” is specified when the software is purchased or registered. Named User Licenses can be:
  • Single seat licenses (a.k.a. volume license accounts)
  • Licenses specific to a single user who is licensed to use the software product on multiple computers
  • Concurrent named user licenses that permit users to log on to multiple computers, but limits the number of users able to access the software at the same time
