Let me remind you that none of these qualities are truly possible: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control apart from the Son of God and the Spirit of God. Jesus died for you so you can die to you. Jesus was raised from the dead so you could live a life that is fruitful. When you give your life to the Son of God, He will give to you the Spirit of God, so you can be fruitful for the glory of God and live a life that will not only bless you, but be a blessing to others. You can live in such a way that people will always be happy to see you come and always sad to see you leave.
