Todays Thoughts

At one time or another, every believer goes through a period where our spirits are weak, tired or spent. Sometimes, we even feel hopeless. We need to encourage ourselves that even King David, who the Bible refers to as “a man after God's own heart,” possessed a weary and broken spirit. Sin had taken its toll and he cried out to God in Psalm 51 for restoration. David received his renewal because God restores the heart and soul that humbly seek Him.

"One of my favorite passages of Scripture reminds us of the importance of kindness: "God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus, in order that the coming ages He might show the incomparable riches of His grace, expressed in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus" (Ephesians 2:6-7). Kindness and eternity are incredibly linked. Don't miss it.
