Morning Inspiration with James Merritt
Here's the bad news: Everybody has problems. But have you ever considered why? God could've put us in a problem free world (actually He did, but we blew it). Unfortunately, we live in a world that is chock full of problems on all seven continents.
Here's the good news: Problems are not meant to defeat you, depress you, or discourage you. God meant them to develop you. Problems are not tools to tear you down but tests to build you up. One mark of a successful person is the ability to see problems as opportunities rather than obstacles. The greatest lessons you'll ever learn are not when you party during the good times but when you persevere in the bad times. Indeed, that is why the bad times make the good times so good.
