Did You Know?

The ultra bright short-arc lamps in specialized IMAX projectors are filled with xenon gas and pressurized at 367 PSI (approximately 25 atmospheres). As a result, projectionists are required to wear protective body armor any time they handle or replace one of the lamps in order to avoid serious injury if a lamp is damaged (and “explodes” as a result).

AFTP

AFTP (short for Anonymous File Transfer Protocol, a.k.a. Anonymous FTP) is a network protocol that allows individuals to transfer and/or download “public” files without a need to identify themselves, or in many cases, the need for login credentials at all (some setups use very basic and common generic login credentials that are well-known by all visitors).
