Graymail is a term used to describe email from a company or website (like newsletters, product offerings, etc.) that is unwanted at the present time, but was signed up for and wanted in the past.
Graymail can also refer to email that is able to bypass a spam filter because it was unable to sufficiently analyze it to determine whether it was legitimate or not.
