Dear Parents: There Is Now Booze at Every Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom
The happiest place on earth just got a lot happier.

To all the parents of rowdy children, messy children, misbehaving children, and children in general, hear this message: There is now alcohol served at every single sit-down restaurant in Disney World's Magic Kingdom. The magic just got a little stronger.
Disney announced last week that three more Magic Kingdom restaurants just added alcohol to their menus, meaning you can drag your tired feet and weary soul into any full-service establishment in the park's most popular kingdom and order a pint of something cold, or a glass of something full-bodied.
The drinks menus are limited to beer and wine—nothing hard—and are not available at counter service spots, People reports.
Since it opened in 1971, Magic Kingdom was a dry zone to preserve family-friendly values, or something like that. Then in 2012, Be Our Guest, an eatery named after the Beauty and the Beast song, became the first to offer beer and wine. Now, with the addition of the Plaza Restaurant, the Crystal Palace, and the Diamond Horseshoe, booze is everywhere. (Other parks within Disney World have been serving it for years.)
Long lines, a blazing summer sun, screaming tots, and free-flowing beer—what could go wrong?
