At the end of the song “Sweet Child o’ Mine”, found on Guns N’ Roses’ debut album Appetite for Destruction (1987), when Axl Rose sang “Where do we go? Where do we go now?”, he was literally asking “Where do we go with this breakdown to end the song?”—the improvisation sounded so good, however, that it became part of the song.
